Among Targum Shlishi’s many other initiatives, Mr. Rubin conceived and oversaw the development of an online archive dedicated to preserving and sharing the work of Rabbi Dr. Irving (“Yitz”) Greenberg.

In addition to Targum Shlishi, Mr. Rubin is the founding partner and managing director of The Maot Group, an investment company.
